Kings Theatre Southsea
The Kings Theatre Opened in 1907 and is a beautiful example of Italian Renaissance style décor. The Theatre is one of the best examples of original Edwardian playhouses to survive in Britain. However, its recent history has been plagued by threat of closure and ruin until the Kings Theatre Trust took over it in 2003. Since then InTandem Systems has actively supported the trust, donating our services over the last 20 years free of charge.
BISHOPS WALTHAM DYNAMOS
Over the last 15 years, InTandem has supported a range of teams within the football club. Currently, InTandem supports the First and Second men’s teams, as well as the youth development initiative which is focused upon linking up with local schools.
Following on from the men’s first team’s historic treble win in 2012/13 (Hampshire Cup, League Cup and League winners), we are delighted to hear their current achievement in winning the Southampton Premier Division which promotes them to the Hampshire Premier League next season!
PROSTATE CANCER UK
In such a male dominated industry, InTandem realises how key it is to support Prostate Cancer UK as Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men, with 40,000 cases diagnosed in the UK each year. Since 2009 we have organised charity cycle rides, tackling the hilly 66 mile circumnavigation of the Isle of Wight. Thanks to the participation of the public each year as well as the organising efforts from our own staff, InTandem Systems has raised over £13,000 for the charity so far!
Charity of the month
InTandem encourages its staff to nominate local charities for its monthly £100 charity donation which aims to help smaller charities which often struggle to raise much needed funds. See below for our monthly charities over the past 5 years!
